The Mechanical Trades are responsible for performing work orders related to the maintenance, testing, preventative maintenance and operation of all heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, the distribution of steam, chilled water, distribution of domestic and fire protection water, wet fire system testing, the maintenance and operation of sewer and storms systems, natural gas systems, propane systems, building plumbing systems. dig safe, water treatment, bowling alleys, general welding, assist in energy control monitoring, and any other duties assigned not generally associated with the trades of Plumbing and HVAC technicians.
